About Us
Loraleigh Fitzgerald

With over twenty years of counselling experience across mental health, crisis intervention, addictions, workplace wellness, and family support, I offer a steady, knowledgeable presence grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine care.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the resilience people carry into the therapy room. My background spans a wide range of settings: from employee assistance work and crisis stabilization to residential therapy and First Nations community supervision. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals of all ages, from preschoolers to older adults, across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Meaningful change is possible, and my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s getting in the way and find your way forward. My approach is solution-focused and collaborative, drawing on your strengths while helping you build new tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Whether you are dealing with a difficult season in life or working through something that has been weighing on you for years, I am here to walk alongside you.
